Shipping & Delivery Policy
Goods ship from our Yiwu, China warehouse. The Platform manages the full flow — carrier selection, documentation, customs tracking — from a single dashboard.
1. Shipping Methods
The table below lists the main shipping methods offered through the Platform with their estimated transit windows.

2. Freight Cost
Freight is not included in product price. It is quoted separately at the proforma stage based on weight/volume and submitted for your approval. If rates change, alternative routes/lead-times are offered.
3. Incoterms
- EXW (Ex Works, Yiwu): Buyer handles all shipping and customs.
- FOB: Platform covers up to China port; buyer after.
- CIF: Platform covers to destination port, insurance included.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Door-to-door, all duties & taxes via Platform. Available for selected countries on request.
The chosen incoterm is confirmed on the proforma.
4. Customs Duties & Additional Charges
Unless otherwise stated, import duties, VAT/sales tax and local customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility. The Platform provides suitable HS codes, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and insurance certificate.
5. Packaging
Default is standard export packaging (cartons + pallets). Custom packaging (branded boxes, barcodes, retail-ready) must be declared at RFQ stage and is billed separately.
6. Tracking & Insurance
Every shipment is trackable live from your dashboard. CIF/DDP orders include freight insurance; under other incoterms insurance is optional at 0.3–1% of goods value.
7. Damage / Loss
If outer packaging is damaged on delivery, file a carrier report and notify the Platform within 24 hours. Hidden damage has a 7-day window. Insured shipments are processed by the Platform.
8. Delivery Failure
Wrong address, missing buyer-side customs documents, unavailable recipient etc. lead to storage / reshipment charges that are the buyer’s responsibility.
