  • Open an RFQ (Request for Quote) from your dashboard. Our Yiwu team responds within 24-48 hours with price, MOQ and sample options.

  • Add items to the cart and press "Request Proforma". Once approved, the order starts with a deposit payment.

  • Stripe (card), bank wire (USD/EUR/TRY), installment plans, and crypto (USDT/USDC) for US customers.

  • Typically 30-50% of the proforma total. The balance is collected after QC approval.

  • Air freight 7-14 days, express (DHL/FedEx) 5-9 days, sea LCL 30-45 days. A live freight quote is offered per order.

  • Our Yiwu office prepares a photo + video QC report before shipment. You can open a dispute via the QC report within 48 hours.

  • Yes. All samples are paid. If the follow-up bulk order is large enough, the sample amount is credited back to your account.

  • Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, B/L (sea) or AWB (air). Türkiye customs documents and broker coordination included.

  • Not for browsing the catalog. For price visibility, RFQs and orders, a free B2B account is required.

  • Open the order in your dashboard and click "Open Dispute". Attach photo/video evidence and submit within 48 hours.
